Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required from everyone 2 months prior to retreat. Please note that the $400 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on the Retreat. Full payment is due by December 13th. If you have paid in full by December 13th and need to cancel, we will offer you a full refund (not including your deposit). If you have paid in full between December13th and January 11th and need to cancel, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. As we pay in advance to reserve our accommodations. No refund will be given for cancellations later than January 11th.
