In Ayurveda, the concept of “swasthavritta” ('Sanskrit for 'the regime of abiding in one's own nature') presents daily routines or 'Dincharya' and seasonal regimens or 'Ritucharya' . From waking up with the Sun & the enchanting sounds of the jungle and the warm sun to the sunset over the Pacific, your whole day will be immersed in ritual living with the most wholesome foods, embodied Prana Flow practices, rejuvenating time in nature, and restorative moments by the pool or lounge. Cost does not include air transportation. Rooms are double-occupancy. Contact for single occupancy rate. Save your space with $300 deposit then pay balance by 8/15 (for early-bird).

 

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required from everyone 2 months prior to retreat. Please note that the $300 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on the Retreat. Full payment is due by November 15th 2014. If you have paid in full by November 15 and need to cancel, we will offer you a full refund (not including your deposit). If you have paid in full between November 15 and December 15 and need to cancel, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. As we pay in advance to reserve our accommodations at The Sanctuary, no refund will be given for cancellations later than December 15th.
